If lessons are cancelled due to the control of the teacher, either through sickness or other prevention, replacement lessons will be offered.
However any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Feelgood Theatre Company: including an Act of God, adverse weather conditions: snow, flooding, storm; war; virus, epidemics; or other natural disasters which prevents or impedes teaching, Feelgood Theatre Company will not be liable for the cost, time or damages that arise. No refund will be given.
Feelgood Theatre Company will issue limited refunds in the following circumstances:
• 90% refund in the case of injury or illness with the receipt of a doctor’s note seven days before the start of the workshop.
• 50% will be given if notified, with the receipt of a doctor’s note, less than seven days before the workshop.
• No refund will be given within 24hrs of the workshop commencing unless due to illness and on receipt of a doctor’s note.
• No refunds will be given for anything other than injury or illness.
